What we don't do
                    We are not the right firm to revamp your mission statement for the tenth time, rebrand a
                    failing product, or navel gaze with you about your problems. 
                    
                    We do not want to burrow our way into your organization and get comfortable by
                    regurgitating quick and clever catchphrases or producing voluminous slide decks. 
                    
                    If you choose to work with us, we will listen closely, orient ourselves quickly, and work
                    efficiently to diagnose and deliver. 
                    
                    What we charge (and when we don't): 
                    
                    We value our time and the time of our clients. 
                    
                    We typically work on an hourly or daily rate basis. 
                    
                    Our standard pricing was developed for enterprise clients and large investment firms. 
                    
                    We offer reduced rates for middle-market real estate-related firms and mid-sized investment funds, representing a one-third reduction for clients with annual revenue or assets under management of less than $100 million. For nonprofit, government, and select emerging leader clients, we reduce our rates by two-thirds (and even to zero for our btcREconnect service), ensuring fees are not a barrier between us and those we may benefit most. 
                    
                    btcREconnect: 
                    
                    Possibly our favorite client service is delivered through our powerful and uniquely structured convenings, designed to tackle shared challenges and to develop nascent opportunities. 
                    
                    We refer to this offering as btcREconnect, through which we humbly (though actively) facilitate hands-on, small-group workshops that are carefully structured for peers to both contribute to and learn from one another. 
                    
                    REconnections are practical, focused, and action-oriented. “What action will you take this afternoon as a result of the work we did this morning?” We work to ensure that accountability extends beyond the sessions themselves. 
                    
                    We are mission-driven in word and deed. For curated groups of nonprofit and government leaders, we donate our services and meeting space for REconnections.
